Tools and products I've shipped

Shipped a public, dynamic roadmap in hours—without dev time—enabling real-time partner feedback and notifications through email and a lightweight data layer.

Problem

We needed a fast, low-friction way to gather feedback from partners. Jira required partners to create accounts to interact with the roadmap and offered limited collaboration features, making it a poor fit for external feedback.

Solution

Shipped a dynamic, public roadmap built via vibe coding, using Resend's Email API for real-time change notifications and Supabase to collect structured partner feedback—capabilities not supported by Jira.

Empowered non-technical teams to independently demo real-time domain workflows, accelerating customer conversations, strengthening API storytelling, and significantly reducing dependency on engineering for sales and support demos.

Problem

Non-technical Sales and Marketing teams needed a compelling, hands-on demo to showcase the value of the registrar API—specifically real-time domain search, checkout, and management—without relying on engineering resources.

Solution

Partnered with engineering to create a clear "Getting Started" guide and used it to quickly assemble an AI-branded domain demo focused on low-complexity TLDs. This approach enabled a fully functional demo to be built in just a few days, with no dedicated development work.

Validated core B2B requirements through rapid prototyping and partner feedback, enabling faster and clearer scoping with engineering. De-risked development by aligning on high-value workflows upfront and established a strong foundation for a scalable, B2B-first domain management experience.

Problem

The existing Domains Dashboard was not usable for large resellers managing tens of thousands of domains. It was optimized for B2C customers, lacked scalable search, and did not surface the information most critical to B2B domain management workflows.

Solution

Conducted partner interviews to understand high-volume reseller needs, then rapidly built a new domain management dashboard tailored for B2B use cases. The tool supports fast search across a reseller's full domain portfolio—including active domains and in-flight transfers—and surfaces the most relevant operational details in a single view.

Improved product understanding and faster iteration by making complex TLD requirements visible and testable, reducing ambiguity during development discussions and enabling more effective collaboration with engineering.

Problem

Understanding and validating new TLD requirements through the API alone was difficult to visualize, making it hard to reason about the end-user experience and troubleshoot issues—especially as a non-technical PM.

Solution

Built a lightweight front-end prototype that plugs directly into the TLD requirements API, enabling real-time visualization of required fields and validation logic for different TLDs.

Strengthened product and technical fluency with the API, surfaced usability gaps and edge cases, and improved the quality of product decisions, roadmap planning, and developer collaboration.

Problem

As the PM for the Name.com API, I needed a deeper, hands-on understanding of real integration workflows to better evaluate developer experience, identify gaps, and make informed product decisions.

Solution

Built a working domain registrar by directly integrating with the Name.com API, using rapid prototyping to explore core flows such as search, checkout, and management. This approach enabled experiential learning through building rather than documentation alone.
